Pierre Herme­čĺşMacaron

Pierre Herme The nicest macarons ever. Little expensive but they taste soooo amazing. They worth it. Beautiful colored meringues, sandwiched together with gooey fillings!! Melt immediately in my mouth. They totally killed me. I can never compare these to any other macaron. My favorite flavor! Love all these..and thanks VSCOcam.

White Bread­čŹ×Recipe

I saw a guy baking white bread on the TV show and it inspired me to do this. I realized that I usaully eat white bread in the morning but I had never baked it. I had always bought it at the bakery. I wasn’t sure since it was the first time to bake this and I have no bread machine , but it tastes lovely, soft, moist and airy. Tastier and fresher than buying. It was kinda simple that I could make with ease!
Here’s my recipe. The simplest recipe with photos.

INGREDIENTS :
350g Bread flour
5g Salt
4g Active dry yeast
20g Sugar
200mL Lukewarm milk

DIRECTIONS

In a mixing bowl, combine flour(add gradually), salt, yeast, sugar and lukewarm milk and stir until well combined.
Turn it out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth.

Cover the with a plastic wrap loosely. It helps it from drying out too much.
Then let it rise until doubled.
Put it in a warm place or if your oven or microwave has a riser, use it.
1 hour will be enough.

Divide the dough into three equal pieces.
Let them rise until doubled again, about 40 minutes.

Roll the doughs to make them fit the loaf pan.

Let them rise once more, 20-30minutes.
Then Preheat the oven to 170C/340F.
Grease the top of the dough with butter or olive oil.

Bake for 15-20, or until golden.

It takes quite a bit of time for rising, but actual cooking time is short.
Eating hot white bread that is made a moment ago is absolutely wonderful!!
